These are temporarily recorded and stored on a password protected mobile phone but will be transferred to a secure database within 24 hours and will be deleted off the mobile device. Where photographs or videos are taken for any purpose other than your assessment and treatment, e.g. for marketing an electronic consent form will be completed.

6. Retention of Information:

We retain your personal information and medical records for a minimum of 8 years and in the case of children for 8 years after their 18 birthday, for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
